Job Responsibilities:
· Estimating for the Project Based on the Construction drawings, specification, and scope of work.
· Preparing and assembling bid and proposals for various contract types.
· Providing Complete take-off, analysis, and estimate, and studies for all deliverable involve in the assign scope.
· Identifying factors affecting costs, such as production time, materials, and labor.
· Evaluating the all technical issue of the projects.
· Estimating materials needed for different projects,
· Gathering quotation from sub-contractors and suppliers
· Prepare Estimates and proposals
· Evaluate all technical issue of the Project.
· Attend Pre-bid meeting and Site Visit.
· Reviewing Construction Drawing Plans and Preparing Quantity Requirement
· Coordination with Site Managers, Clients, Contractors and Subcontractor
· Keeping track materials and ordering material when required
· Estimating Quantities, Cost & time scale for material and labor
· Preparation and pricing of BOQ
· Calculation of Material Take off sheet as per IFC Drawing
· Calculation of Actual & Definitive Quantity
· Carrying out Site re- measurement.
· Preparation of Budget of the project as current scenario
· Estimate the Cost of materials, labor, and Equipment for the Construction Project
· Prepare quantity and Cost estimates for all Civil work components.
