1) Review, study the RFPs and Project Documents during tender stage and post tender stage and prepare QAP. ITP and work procedures by appointing and engaging the in-house team of Quality in compliance with project specifications, applicable codes and good engineering practices. Notifying amendments/addition if required. Post amendments finely certify documents.
2) QAP and ITP preparation
• Preparation of QAP, work procedures (with flow of sequence), Inspection test plan, quality protocols of the project for each trade as per project specifications, applicable codes and good engineering practices. It covers.
3) Quality control and assurance on site (Periodic surveillance audits)
Site Inspection & Quality Assurance limited to TPI services in terms of reviewing Quality Assurance Plans, various documents generated during construction, Surveillance inspection services at site and bought out items related to Civil work, Finishing, MEP & site development by engaging Third Party.

• Verification of records of already completed work, MTCs etc
• Document review (QAP/, ITP, general approved drawing & checklist)
• Procedures and systems of acceptance and storage of material.
• Interaction with site team to understand protocols and current practices on sites.
• Excavation and foundation/Piling work
RCC work (Substructure & superstructure)
• Lab operations (Records of tests, calibrations of equipment, Mix designs if any)
• Operations and record review for concreting (Onsite/Commercial)
• Block/Masonry Work
• Internal & external plastering
• Waterproofing (Below grade, wet areas and terrace)
• Plumbing & sanitary fittings
• Finishing work-Tiling, door & window fixing, stone work, Painting, False ceiling
• Façade work (Tiles, stone facades with wet fixing)
• Site Infrastructure if any.
• Factory and site acceptance test review/witnessing at vendor locations or site
Audit will be carried out in order to identify gaps, non-conformities, good practices in compliance with approved QAP, ITPs, good engineering practices in following domains
• Documentation- Availability and use of latest version documents on site (Checklists, GFCs etc), Maintaining adequate records promptly for all activities
• Material- Acceptance criteria, site acceptance test or third-party lab test records availability, storage, traceability records such as heat nos, MTCs as per QAP and ITP
• Workmanship- Achievement of quality in the execution in line with desired parameters from the contractors, competency, pro-quality approach
• Supervision- Understanding on quality documents and its effective use by the staff, achievement of desired quality parameters in compliance with QAP, ITP. Findings on Good practices, grey areas, Major, minor observations and non-conformities.
4) To Develop RATING MODULE through Third Party and implement:
Rating module will be developed in above mentioned domains for all activities from 0- 10 considering overall quality performance of the staff, subcontractors gauged under good practices, area of improvement, Major/ minor observations and NCs.

To arrange training session in respective site offices/Central Office for enhancing understanding and awareness about quality work, effective use of quality documents, check list for inspection, Effective inspection of various civil activities in line with QAP, ITP, Project specifications, work procedures of the project and good engineering and industry practices
