Job Description:

We are currently seeking a dedicated and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Male Waiter. The successful candidate will contribute to delivering exceptional service and ensuring a positive dining experience for our guests.

Responsibilities:

Welcome and seat guests courteously
Take precise orders and communicate them to the kitchen staff
Provide recommendations on menu items and respond to customer inquiries
Serve food and beverages promptly and efficiently
Address customer needs and concerns to ensure satisfaction
Collaborate with kitchen and support staff for smooth service operations
Maintain cleanliness and organization in the dining area


Requirements:

Previous experience as a waiter in a similar role
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Knowledge of food and beverage menus
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
Attention to detail and a customer-focused mindset
Proficiency in Arabic; knowledge of English is an advantage
