Mechanical and Electrical Technician
Responsibilities:
- Perform routine maintenance and repairs on bakery and food processing equipment.
- Troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues to ensure minimal downtime.
- Conduct regular inspections to identify potential problems and prevent breakdowns.
- Collaborate with production and maintenance teams to optimize equipment performance.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and equipment history.

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a mechanical and electrical technician, preferably in a food manufacturing environment.
- Proficiency in troubleshooting and repairing a variety of equipment, including mixers, ovens, and conveyors.
- Strong knowledge of electrical systems, including wiring diagrams and PLCs.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
