We are seeking for a highly motivated and experienced business consultant candidates to join our team. The ideal candidate, must have a proven track record of success in helping other businesses in developing and executing creative and innovative strategic plans to improve their performances, manages the change along the processes and be able to coach and train them to monitor and control. The candidate should be able to identify and solve business & management problems, develop and implement strategies, and manage projects effectively.
It's always ideal to have past working experience in former business consultancy working environment. Those that don't, will not be entertained.
Responsibilities
- Conduct research and analysis to understand the client's business and challenges.
- Develop and recommend solutions to improve the client's performance.
- Manage projects and implement solutions.
- Build relationships with clients and stakeholders.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices
Qualifications
- Min BS degree in business administration or equivalent...if engineering degree is associated, then it's of an added value to his/her business degree.
- Min 10 years, Max 15 years of experience in business consulting Environment!.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
