Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly creative and experienced Senior Graphic Designer to join our team in Bahrain. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in shaping our brand's visual identity across multiple platforms. This individual should have a strong portfolio, excellent design skills, and the ability to lead creative projects from concept to execution.
Key Responsibilities:
Creative Design & Branding:
Develop and design high-quality visual assets, including logos, marketing materials, social media graphics, brochures, packaging, and digital content.
Ensure brand consistency across all platforms and projects.
2. Project Management:
Lead and manage multiple design projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines and maintaining attention to detail.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product development, and sales, to understand design requirements and deliver solutions.
3.Team Collaboration & Leadership:
Mentor and guide junior designers, providing feedback and fostering their growth.
Work closely with external vendors such as printers or advertising agencies to ensure quality production.
4.Market Research & Innovation:
Stay updated with industry trends, tools, and technologies to implement cutting-edge designs.
Conduct market research to understand target audiences and develop designs that resonate with them.
5.Technical Skills:
Utilize design software (Adobe Creative Suite: Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, etc.) to create and refine visuals.
Prepare print-ready and digital-ready artwork as per project specifications.
Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.
Experience: Minimum 5 years of professional experience in graphic design, preferably in a senior role.
Portfolio: A strong and diverse portfolio showcasing creativity, innovation, and technical expertise.
Skills & Competencies:
Expertise in design tools (Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, etc.).
Strong understanding of typography, layout, and color theory.
Ability to think strategically and develop creative concepts aligned with brand goals.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
Attention to detail and a strong sense of aesthetics.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in motion graphics or video editing.
Familiarity with UI/UX design principles.
Knowledge of Arabic language (preferred but not mandatory).
