Tours and Umrah consultant.
A reputed Travel and Tourism company looking for experienced Tour and Umrah consultant in Saudi Arabia
Responsibilities: Customer Consultation, Travel & Tours Itinerary Planning, Booking Management, Destination Knowledge, Documentation, Problem Resolution, Sales and Upselling.
Experience: At least Two years experience Travel & Tours Dept
Communication Skills: English communication to effectively interact with clients and team members.
Willingness to work flexible hours, weekends, and holidays, as per operational needs
Attending calls, Handling corporate houses' travel queries/business, and attending to walk-in customers. Maintains good relations with airlines and tour operators.
