Project Engineer

Qualifications:
• Must have an educational background in Civil/Elect/Mech diploma/degree.
• Must have site security or HCIS-related project experience.
• Need to have project management experience with 5-7 years of experience in site security projects.
Primary Responsibilities
• Preparing, scheduling, coordinating, and monitoring assigned site security projects.
• Interacting with shareholders, interpreting their needs and requirements, and representing them in the field.
• Performing quality control tasks on budgets, schedules, plans, and personnel performance and reporting on the project's status.
• Reviewing the engineering tasks and initiating the necessary corrective actions.
• Creating frameworks to measure the project's metrics and data collection.
• Ensuring the project's compliance with the applicable codes, practices, policies, performance standards, and specifications.
• Excellent project management and supervision skills.
• Excellent organizational, time management, leadership, and decision-making skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Knowledge of applicable codes, policies, standards, and best practices
Certifications, if needed: Prefer to have a project management-related certificate.
