Key Responsibilities:
1. Diagnose and repair a wide range of appliances, including but not limited to refrigerators, washing machines, dryers, dishwashers, ovens, and microwaves.
2. Conduct thorough inspections to identify issues and provide accurate estimates for repair costs.
3. Perform routine maintenance to prevent future breakdowns and ensure optimal appliance performance.
4. Keep up-to-date with industry advancements and participate in training programs to enhance technical skills.
5. Provide exceptional customer service by explaining repairs, answering questions, and offering advice on appliance maintenance.

Qualifications:

1. Proven experience as an Appliance Technician or in a similar role.
2. Solid understanding of appliance mechanics, electrical systems, and troubleshooting techniques.
3. Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently.
4. Strong communication and customer service skills.
5. High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification is a plus.
6. Valid driver's license.
