IT Consultant For ERP / POS Systems

JOB DESCRIPTION

Work with a leading IT company in Saudi Arabia to provide enterprise-wide Oracle Solutions to its customers across the Kingdom.

You will be responsible for providing first line support to Hotels and F&B businesses by configuring, installing and training on Oracle Hardware and Software applications, upgrading and migrating operating systems, and handling end-user complaints and problems by providing ultimate support resolutions to meet their needs and requirements.

TYPICAL DUTIES:
Implementation of Oracle Hospitality Hardware and Software applications
Training end-users on the use of the Oracle Hardware and Software applications
After sales technical support
Setup and configuration of Windows and Oracle based systems

REQUIRED QUALIFICATION & EXPERIENCE:
Previous experience of minimum 2 years in a similar position
Experience in any ERP / PMS/ POS application implementation or support
Hoteliers or Hotel school graduates
Knowledge of business software development will be an added advantage.
Knowledge of Oracle database administration and SQL skills
Oracle Certified Professional (OCP) will be an added advantage.

REQUIRED SKILLS:
Must hold a Bachelor's Degree or Diploma
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
Knowledge of Arabic would be an advantage.
Well-developed presentation and public speaking skills.
Excellent planning and time management skills.
Excellent customer focus and handling skills
Strong focus on diagnosing and resolving complex technical problems
Strong teamwork skills and the ability to work as a member of a global team
