We are looking for a detail-oriented and knowledgeable Television Technician to diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair television equipment. The ideal candidate should have a strong technical background, excellent problem-solving skills, and a passion for staying updated on the latest television technologies. The Television Technician will play a crucial role in ensuring our customers receive top-notch service and optimal viewing experiences.
Responsibilities:

Diagnose and repair television equipment, including but not limited to LCD, LED, OLED, and plasma TVs.
Perform routine maintenance and preventive measures to ensure the longevity and functionality of television systems.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to picture quality, sound, connectivity, and other technical problems.
Keep abreast of industry trends and updates to stay informed about the latest television technologies.
Provide excellent customer service by addressing customer concerns, answering queries, and explaining repair processes.
Collaborate with other team members to ensure timely and efficient completion of repair tasks.
