Facilities Management Estimator those who can estimate hard services & Soft services projects.

Experience - 5 to 10 years or above.

This is a full-time remote role for a Facility Manager Est. The Facility Manager Est. will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations and maintenance of facilities. This includes coordinating maintenance activities, managing vendor relationships, ensuring compliance with safety regulations, and implementing cost-effective solutions. The Facility Manager Est. will also be responsible for managing budgets, conducting inspections, and leading a team of facility staff.



Qualifications

Strong experience in facility management and maintenance
Knowledge of building systems and equipment
Excellent organizational and leadership skills
Ability to manage budgets and prioritize tasks
Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Proficiency in computer software related to facility management
Experience in the construction industry is a plus
Bachelor's degree in Facilities Management, Engineering, or related field
