Senior Infrastructure Mechanical Design Engineer

QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelor Degree in Mechanical Engineering
Work experience in consultancy firms 8 years in design
Transferable iqama and available immediately
Experience in the field of infrastructure engineering including Pipe line design, Hydraulic Calculation and Hydraulic Modelling.
Design of all mechanical work (sewage & irrigation pump stations, mechanical design of water and wastewater treatment plant, etc.).
Design for mechanical plant (pumps, screens, cranes, valves).
Preparing the tender documents (design drawings, calculations, technical offers, catalogs, reports, etc.).
Preparing detailed design, documents, bills of quantities, etc.
Checking the compatibility of the design with applicable Standards and International Codes and their application as well as industry trends and their likely impacts.
Detailed knowledge of pumping station operation and maintenance.
Detailed knowledge of testing and commissioning (FAT & SAT)
Creates manual drawings for engineering projects.
Create shop drawing files and drawing profiles.
