CCTV installation and troubleshooting.
Desktop Maintenance.
Customer Services


Duties/responsibilities:

1. Familiar with and able to operate various computer hardware and software, can independently complete installation, debugging and troubleshooting;
2. Responsible for the maintenance and configuration of switches, routers, wireless aps, firewalls, monitoring and other equipment
3. Responsible for the daily maintenance and inspection of the equipment room infrastructure and machine equipment;
4. Ensure the normal operation of the customer service center, maintain hardware and software fault diagnosis, investigation and upgrade;
5. Manage and maintain office assets (such as printers, wireless routers, etc.)
6. Responsible for the debugging and maintenance of information equipment terminals such as data server, desktop computer, printer, access control system platform and equipment.
7. Responsible for the technical support of IOT devices throughout Saudi Arabia, including but not limited to attendance terminals, network equipment, security monitoring, etc.;
8. Complete other tasks assigned by line manager.
