We are seeking a dedicated and organized Personal Assistant to provide comprehensive support to our employer (D. O.) in both professional and personal capacities. The successful candidate will be responsible, but not limited for managing the employer's schedule, handling communication, making travel arrangements, providing administrative support, conducting research, and ensuring efficient organization of tasks and documents etc....
• Fluent in English and preferably Arabic
• Proficiency in social media management and content creation
• Experience in coordinating training programs or events is a plus.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
• Discretion and ability to maintain confidentiality.
• Possess proficiency in relevant software and technology tools such as Microsoft Office, Google Suite, and scheduling/calendar apps with a willingness to learn new systems as needed.
• Flexibility and adaptability to changing priorities.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively in a team.
• Previous experience in a similar role or relevant administrative experience preferred.
• Degree in psychology, business administration, office management, or related field is advantageous.
• Positive references demonstrating reliability, professionalism, and trustworthiness.
