HR Manager for Hypermarket
A leading hypermarket in Bahrain, is seeking a seasoned HR Manager to lead our dynamic team.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee all aspects of the HR lifecycle, from recruitment and onboarding to performance management and employee relations.
Champion a positive and inclusive company culture that fosters employee engagement and motivation.
Develop and implement effective HR policies and procedures aligned with Bahrain's labor laws.
Manage Ministry of Labor (MOL) relations, ensuring smooth processing of work permits and other essential documents.
Stay up-to-date on Bahrain's evolving labor landscape and advise leadership on HR compliance.
Utilize HR Management Systems (HRMS) to streamline HR processes and data management.
Partner with department heads to identify and address employee needs and concerns.
Conduct performance appraisals, provide career development opportunities, and maintain a positive employee relations environment.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or a related field
Minimum 3 years of progressive HR experience in a retail or fast-paced environment.
Proven track record of success in developing and implementing HR initiatives.
In-depth knowledge of Bahrain's labor laws and Ministry of Labor (MOL) regulations.
Strong experience in utilizing HR Management Systems (HRMS)
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
Ability to lead and motivate a team, fostering a collaborative work environment.
Proactive, detail-oriented, and results-driven with a strong work ethic.
