Job Description
• Manage Hard and Soft Services that related to buildings.
• Manage Preventive Maintenance works For Electromechanical, systems such:
Fire Systems
HVAC
Plumbing works
And Electrical works (LV)
• Manage daily operations and maintenance orders.
• Enable to find alternative solutions for failure and troubleshooting.
• Preparation of BOQ, technical and commercial estimation for renovation and upgrade works.
• Knowledge for Fit out and finishing works.
• Monitor daily expenses and manage budget
• Supervise Subcontractors and ensure quality and timeframe.
• Aware about construction codes, Municipality and Civil defense rules that related to buildings.
• Prepare required reports Weekly, Monthly and accomplishments performance.
• Enable to manage teamwork's
• Enable to use CAFM softwares
Education: Bcs. Degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent
Work Experience: 5 - 7 Years in same field of Facilities Management for Residential, Commercial and Towers buildings.
