Location: Al- Jubail
Iqama Validity : Minm 4 months.

Job Scope

Candidate is responsible for marketing & Business development strategies for Projects, Manpower hiring, new EPC Contracting & Trading business, and ensure that the Company are registered in various clients as per Company specification, government policy, terms and condition.

• Identify potential clients and strategic business opportunities in the KSA market.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
• Staying up-to-date with industry trends and market developments to identify potential areas for
business growth and expansion.
• Competitor and Pricing Analysis for each customer/region.
• Manage and coordinate marketing activities to support business development initiatives.
• Represents COMPANY at all Clients to initiate and attend the Pre-job conference & Business
meetings.
• Reviewing and establishing the business development Plan for LSTK,Manpower, EPC contracting &
Trading jobs.
• Candidate should be fluent in English (spoken and written) with an ability and competent to
communicate with clients.
• Candidate must be capable of decision making and demonstrating a high level of integrity,
judgement and responsibility within the scope of work boundaries.
• Good Knowledge of Marketing strategy & Business development processes.
• Strong computer literacy with good knowledge of Microsoft Application including MS Word, MS
Excel, MS Access and Power Point Presentation.

Qualifications.
• Any Graduation.
• Minimum 03 years (KSA) experience in the manpower marketing field.
