Wheel Loader Operator

JOB PURPOSE / OBJECTIVE
Wheel Loader Operator's primary responsibility is moving objects from one place to another using Doosan and Hyundai. Must have the ability to transport, lift and move heavy loads by fork, jib and Bucket. This job requires a person who can work as part of a team, follow directions and be comfortable using giant machinery

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES
Starts engine, shifts gears, presses pedals and turns steering wheel to operate loader, Performs routine maintenance on loader, like lubricating, fueling, and cleaning.

Follow all relevant departmental policies, processes, and procedures so that work is carried out in a controlled and consistent manner.
• Contribute to cost-efficient usage of all applicable resources to reduce unnecessary expense.
• Must pass a competency test conducted by OFSAT/ADC mechanical lifting champion or egoivalent on annual basis as stipulated by ADC HSE Management.
Health, Safety, & Environment (HSE)
Adhere to all relevant HSE procedures, instructions and controls so that ADC provides a safe, secure and environmentally responsible service to customers, the public and its own people
4. QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE & COMPETENCIES
Education / Qualifications:
High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Excellent manual dexterity, flexibility, and physical strength.
Certifications:
• To any certification related have accredited assessment and verification qualification and skills.
• Must Pass the OFSAT written and practical Test
Good Communication Level in English
Relevant Experience - Minimum:
• Minimum 5 ears validated working experience in operating Wheel Loader in oil fields or logistic and transportation companies
• Age limit from 30 to 50 years old.
