2. JOB PURPOSE/OBJECTIVE
To ensure the safe and efficient Rig move process, including but not limited to starting from site visit, pre-move meetings, rig move plan, personnel & equipment preparation, daily coordination and liaison with Rig Sup., rig move supervision and execution, pust rig move assessment, documentation and work tickets. Truck pusher controlling all operation aspects in the field reporting to operation supervisors and coordinating with base dispatchers for ensuring rig mave requirements are met. Truck pusher evaluates the personnel's controlling qualification and performance while on "hands-on and recommends training refreshment or acceleration and thus to meet the established policies and procedures.
3. KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES
Truck pusher is playing operational role to support rig operations to
Time is of essence for all rig moves, however priority is given to adhering all safety policies and procedure Use his knowledge, expertise to follow and coordinate the structured process for all rig move operations
Recommend and implement "change of plan" process if needed and obtain all concerned parties-approval.
Ensure compliance with all department of transportation and Muror (traffic) rules and regulations
Request timely oversize/overweight load permits if and when required.
Supervisor personnel and allocate job ensuring performance in a timely manner.
Define convoy loads and monitor execution in close liaison with filled GRO& Assistant pushers.
Immediately report, incidents & Accidents, should they occur and take necessary measures and actions to safeguard
personnel, loans and Equipment
Approve time sheet for personnel involved in the rig move he is supervising
Complete and submit Rental and work Tickets
Maintain clear and accurate operation documents/procedures for reference purposes. Evaluate the personnel in the field, including HD drivers, crane and wheel loader operators.
Ability to read, understand and follow the disassembly, assembly and diagnostic procedure from the vehicle
manufacturers manuals are must
Ability to fill in renait check lists and maintain repair ricords of the components

Follow all relevant departmental policies, erucesses and procedures so that work is carried out in a controlled and consistent manner
Contribute to cost-efficient usage of all applikate resumes to reduce unnecessary expenso

Adhere to all relevant HSE procedures, instructions and controls so that ADC provides a safe, secure and environmentally responsible service to customers, the public and its own people.
4. QUALIFICATIONS, CERTIFICATIONS & RELEVANT EXPERIENCE/SKILLS
Education/Qualifications:
• High School Diploma or equivalent is preferable.
Certifications:
N/A
Relevant Experience - Minimum/Skills:
3-years' experience as a Truck Pusher OR 3 years as Truck Pusher Assistant Rig Moves.
Age limit from 27 to 50 years.
Must have previous oilfield services experience, knowledge of equipment operations and rig loads.
Dispatching experience STRONGLY preferred.
Must be proficient in Microsoft Office and have knowledge of GPS and electronic log systems.
Must be field and safety minded.
Must meet company standard and background check
Good communication level in English,
