Must be available in Saudi Arabia.
Must have Valid/recently Expired transferrable Iqama
3 to 5 years experience in Saudi Arabia
Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Land Surveyor in our company. The Land Surveyor will be responsible for conducting Topographic Surveys, Land Surveying, Total Station, Building Surveying, Surveying. Other duties involve leading a team of professionals, preparing and reviewing maps, legal descriptions, and other related documents required by clients and regulatory agencies.
Qualifications
Degree/Diploma in Civil/Surveying or related field
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Advanced knowledge of surveying principles, practices, and techniques
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
Topographic Surveys and Land Surveying skills, Experience with Total Station and Building Surveying (Plus)
Experience in the construction industry would be beneficial. Candidates should also have the ability to work independently and as part of a team, and be willing and able to travel as required.
