Provide comprehensive administrative support to the Chief Executive Officer and senior executive team
Manage the CEO's complex calendar, schedules, travel arrangements, and meeting coordination
Prepare detailed meeting agendas, presentations, and other executive-level documents
Handle confidential and time-sensitive information with the utmost discretion
Liaise effectively with internal departments and external stakeholders
Organize and maintain electronic and physical filing systems
Assist with special projects and ad-hoc tasks as required
Qualifications and Skills:
Minimum 5 years of executive-level secretarial experience, preferably in a fast-paced corporate environment
Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other office technologies
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
Strong organizational, multitasking, and problem-solving abilities
Keen attention to detail and ability to work independently
Proven track record of maintaining strict confidentiality
Flexible, adaptable, and able to thrive in a dynamic, high-pressure setting
Relevant post-secondary education or secretarial diploma/certification preferred
