Admin Assistant
Employer: Saudi Arabia Railways
Location: Jeddah, Saudi Arabia (JEDDAH, SA)
Job Responsibilities:
Maintain necessary approvals for all requests directed by the Head of Department.
Keep updated records of all program activities and update them on the system daily.
Manage all purchasing requests and coordinate with the Purchasing Department.
Cooperate in Control Room duties according to the workload and distributed duties.
Perform any other job-related duties as directed by the Head of Program (HOP) or Head of Department (HOD).
Maintain security and integrity in all practices.
Receive and direct all emails and monitor department correspondences.
Handle and coordinate with training sites.
Receive program students and address their requests.
Contact external entities for collaboration opportunities with the program.
Communicate and coordinate with different departments and units at the college.
Requirements:
Experience in handling administrative duties efficiently and effectively.
Effective oral and written communication skills.
Commitment to working with and encouraging diversity.
Effective interpersonal skills.
Effective organization and administrative skills.
Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.
Proficiency in both English and Arabic languages.
Knowledge of ERP Systems and Microsoft Office.
