Job Title: Production Manager - Industrial Engineer - Packaging And Thermoforming

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Industrial Engineer with expertise in packaging and
thermoforming to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in industrial
engineering principles, along with specialized knowledge in packaging design, materials, and
thermoforming processes. This role will involve optimizing packaging solutions, improving
manufacturing processes, and ensuring product quality and efficiency in thermoforming operations.

Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Packaging Engineering, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in industrial engineering roles, with a focus on packaging
design and thermoforming processes.
• Proficiency in CAD software (e.g., SolidWorks, AutoCAD) and simulation tools for
packaging design and process optimization.
• Strong understanding of thermoforming principles, materials, and equipment, with
hands-on experience in process improvement and troubleshooting.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills, with the ability
to lead cross-functional teams and drive results.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate
effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
• Knowledge of quality management systems (e.g., ISO 9001) and regulatory
requirements for packaging and food safety standards.
• Experience with Lean Six Sigma methodologies and continuous improvement
practices is a plus.
