Cleaning Supervisor

We are seeking a diligent and responsible Cleaning Supervisor to join our
team. The ideal candidate will oversee and participate in the cleaning of
designated areas, ensuring high standards of cleanliness and hygiene are
maintained. This position involves both hands-on cleaning and supervisory
responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervisory Duties:
○ Oversee the work of cleaning staff to ensure all tasks
are completed effectively and efficiently.
○ Conduct inspections of cleaned areas to verify the
quality of work and adherence to cleanliness standards.
○ Provide guidance and support to cleaning staff,
addressing any issues or concerns that arise.
○ Ensure cleaning supplies are adequately stocked and
report any shortages or needs to the appropriate person.
Requirements:
● Previous experience in a cleaning role, preferably with
supervisory responsibilities.
● Strong attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining
high standards of cleanliness.
● Good organizational and time-management skills.
● Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
● Effective communication skills to liaise with staff and address
any issues promptly
