Responsibilities:
Develop business strategies and growth plans for the company.
Generate business leads and opportunities for the consultancy firm.
Convert leads into sales and drive revenue growth.
Develop and execute operational and financial plans.
Oversee day-to-day operations of the company and manage the team.
Develop client relationships and deliver valuable management consultancy.

Requirements:

Minimum of 5 years of experience in management and consultancy.
Proven track record in generating leads and converting them into sales.
Strong knowledge of the business market in Saudi Arabia.
Excellent communication skills in English , Arabic & Hindi & and ability to build strong relationships.
Ability to work under pressure and manage projects effectively.
