Job Role.
Repairs:::: electrical, air conditioning, plumbing
Inspects buildings systems to identify any problems
Adjusts, repairs or replaces defective wiring , lighting, air-conditioning and safety control systems
EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
High school diploma or equivalent certification
Minimum of 4 years’ experience as MEP technician (mechanical, electrical and plumbing)
Good understanding of general maintenance procedures and techniques
Physically capable and has good physical stamina
