Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Materials Science, Construction Management, or related field. A master's degree may be preferred for advanced positions.
• Understanding of construction materials properties and behavior.
• Proficiency in materials testing techniques and equipment operation.
• Familiarity with relevant industry standards and regulations (e.g., ASTM, ACI).
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Proficiency in data analysis software and tools.
• Ability to interpret complex data and generate actionable insights.
• Knowledge of health and safety regulations applicable to laboratory environments.
• Understanding of accreditation requirements (e.g., AASHTO, ISO/IEC 17025).
• Experience in project planning, scheduling, and resource management.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
