Key Responsibilities:
1. Performance Review Management:
- Develop and implement performance review policies, procedures, and guidelines aligned with organizational objectives.
- Coordinate and conduct regular performance evaluations for all employees, ensuring fairness, transparency, and consistency.
- Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on performance review processes, goals setting, and performance improvement plans.
- Analyze performance data and trends to identify strengths, areas for improvement, and training needs.
2. Performance Improvement Strategies:
- Collaborate with department heads and HR team to identify opportunities for enhancing individual and team performance.
- Develop and implement strategies, initiatives, and interventions to improve employee performance, productivity, and engagement.
- Provide coaching, feedback, and training to managers and employees on performance management best practices and techniques.
3. Rewards and Recognition Administration:
- Administer rewards and recognition programs to acknowledge and celebrate employee achievements, contributions, and milestones.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of rewards programs in driving desired behaviors and outcomes.
- Recommend adjustments and enhancements to rewards and recognition initiatives based on feedback and performance data.
4. Data Analysis and Reporting:
- Collect, analyze, and interpret performance data to track progress, identify trends, and evaluate the impact of performance management initiatives.
5. Compliance and Policy Adherence:
- Ensure compliance with Saudi labor laws, regulations, and company policies governing performance management and rewards administration.
- Stay updated on industry best practices, emerging trends, and innovations in performance management and rewards systems.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Master's degree preferred.
- Proven experience at least 3-5 years in performance management, rewards administration, or related HR roles, preferably in the retail industry.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and coaching skills (Articulate to Arabic language is an advantage but not required).
- ANY NATIONALITIES, FEMALE or MALE (Lebanese, Egyptian and Saudi locals are priority)
- Proficiency in SAP system or any performance management software.
