As a Guest Service Officer, you will be responsible for providing efficient guest services, handling all telephone communications, general enquiries & requests and maintaining good rapport with guests and visitors.
Requirements:
Relevant experience in serviced apartments or hotels is necessary for all roles.
Degree in Hospitality or equivalent.
Basic hospitality related computer skills.
People-person, excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Excellent spoken and written English is a must.
