*Job Description:*
We are seeking an Operation Supervisor with extensive experience in the thobes industry to oversee operations across all our branches and our manufacturing facility. The ideal candidate will be a proven leader capable of optimizing processes, maximizing efficiency, and ensuring seamless coordination between branches and manufacturing. This role requires in-depth knowledge of the thobes market and previous experience in sales, operations, or related areas.

*Responsibilities:*
- Oversee day-to-day operations across all branches and the manufacturing facility.
- Develop and implement operational policies and procedures to optimize efficiency and productivity.
- Coordinate with branch managers and manufacturing staff to ensure smooth operations and timely delivery of products.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate replenishment as needed.
- Analyze sales and operational data to identify areas for improvement and implement strategies to drive growth.
- Train and mentor staff to ensure adherence to operational standards and best practices.
- Providing regular updates and reports on operational performance.
- Deal with suppliers and inventory

*Requirements:*
- Transferable Iqama (residency permit), If non-saudi.
- 10+ years of experience in sales, operations, or related areas, preferably within the thobes industry.
- Proven track record of leadership and success in optimizing operations and driving results.
- In-depth knowledge of the thobes market, including trends, customer preferences, and competitor landscape.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to travel between branches and the manufacturing facility as needed.
