Facility Maintenance Supervisor - Urgent Hiring

Requirements:

Mechanical/Industrial/Mechatronics Engineer or B-Tech degree
Minimum 7+ years' experience as a Maintenance Supervisor
Proven track record in optimizing maintenance processes, reducing downtime, and enhancing team performance
Experience in managing facilities for 800 people, company offices, and small one-room training plants
Strong leadership skills and a results-driven approach
Certification in AutoCAD, Project Management, Facilities Management Professional (FMP), NEBOSH safety or Environment, ISO-45001 (desirable)
Experience in the food industry maintenance is a plus
All facilities will be provided as per labor law
Key Responsibilities:

Supervise maintenance technicians and custodial staff
Develop and implement maintenance schedules and procedures
Perform or coordinate repair and maintenance of facilities, equipment, and systems
Conduct regular inspections to identify maintenance needs and safety hazards
Manage maintenance budget and forecast expenses
Coordinate with external vendors and contractors
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and environmental standards
Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities
