PLANNER / SCHEDULER: 01 Vacancy

Education, skills and experience:-

Degree and Minimum 4 years’ experience of working in Data Entry and SAP System.
Preferably thorough knowledge of SAP Service Module
Doer type and excellent communicator with strong interpersonal and good computer and English language skills
Knowledge of Creating PR, PO and Service Sheet and maintain all the records as and when required.
PC literate; good knowledge of MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint and SAP\
Good communication skills and telephone etiquette.
Shall be safety oriented and inclined to safe working practices
Knowledge and experience of scheduling work, expediting, and follow-up.
Able to read building drawings.

Basic Function:-

Create Purchase Requests, Purchase Orders and Service Sheet in SAP system and maintain records.
Take inventory, create preventive maintenance check-list forms for all equipment and update as and when changes are made.
Update/ create tagging of Office furniture and maintain records in Tagging of Asset system
Create month end reports for the data entry made / create and update preventive maintenance schedule/ accomplishments.
Prepare presentation materials and provide necessary data/figures for compilation as and when required by SS FM Management
Create, monitor and follow-up SSRS. Prepare SSRS pending /performance reports
To analyze, schedule PM work activities based on priority and judgment.
Maintain records and filing system. Follow up requests for status update and completion.
Develop statistical trend of maintenance activities.
Contacts all levels in the department up to Section Head level.
Contacts all other departments in the Company as needed on the provision of services.
Interaction with Internal Customers and Supervisor.
Schedule equipment preventive maintenance as per procedure and recommendation.
