Key Responsibilities:

Assist with the recruitment process, including posting job openings, scheduling interviews, and conducting preliminary screenings.
Coordinate new hire onboarding and ensure a smooth transition for new employees.
Maintain and update employee records and HR databases.
Support employee relations by addressing inquiries and resolving issues.
Assist in the administration of HR policies and procedures.
Organize and manage HR-related documentation and compliance requirements.
Coordinate training and development programs.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Proven experience as an HR Coordinator or similar HR role.
Strong understanding of HR practices, employment law, and regulations.
Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
Effective communication and interpersonal abilities.
Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
