Job Description
Duties and Responsibilities
1. Reports directly to the Tender and Technical Director
2. Provides overall leadership and management for the Asset Management Department
3. Plans and executes asset management strategies and initiatives
4. Sets targets and objectives for the department and its teams
5. Ensures compliance with regulations and industry standards
6. Reports departmental progress and performance to the Tender and Technical Director
7. Provides overall leadership and strategic direction for the department
8. Reports to the Tender and Technical Director
Education
A bachelor's degree in engineering, facilities management, or a related field. A master's degree or relevant certifications (e.g., CFM) may be preferred.
Work Experience
1. Proven experience in facility management, asset management, or related roles.
2. Strong knowledge of building systems, equipment, and maintenance best practices.
3. Familiarity with relevant laws, codes, and regulations in facility management.
4. Proficiency in maintenance management software and computer-aided facility management (CAFM) systems.
5. Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
6. Strong organizational and project management skills.
7. Ability to work effectively in a team and collaborate with various stakeholders.
