Job Description
Accountable for securing fire protection contracts and profitably increase the fire protection
market share in the GCC countries. Annual growth of 30% is mandatory.
The role would involve providing Architects/Consultants/Contractors system solutions based on their
project and site requirement(s).
Influence Project closure decisions by providing relevant Data/ROI information to the Senior
Management. Interaction with C+ Levels is a prerequisite.
Necessary passive fire protection system knowledge for ease of explaining it to the consultants,
nominated installers, and contractors.
Obtain RFQ’s, prepare presentations, estimates, proposals, specifications of our systems for inclusion in
tenders/project specs.
Coordinate civil defense approvals and other statutory requirements for Durasystems to qualify in all
GCC markets.
Close difficult projects with Clients by suggesting and using the value engineering techniques
As a system integrator, carry out regional costing/pricing exercises to broaden the scope of local
manufacturing and system installation for turnkey solutions while seeking and establishing new
prospective relationships.
Ensure payment by collecting agreed-upon payments on a monthly basis.
Provide bimonthly reports to the management in line with the organizational guidelines.
Demonstrate unsupervised sales management (writing specs, RFQ generation, subcontract
manufacturing /installation and 100% collection prior to handing over).
This position calls for mature decision making based on technical ability to perform and manage the
business unit.
Attain an annual sales target of US $1.5 million.
Accountable for positive cash flows and ensuring expenses of the business unit are covered.
Requirements:
Minimum Education, Experience, Skills & Language.
10-12 years of Experience in business to business, industrial and/or outdoor passive fire protection
product and systems sales.
Degree / Diploma in Engineering from a reputed university.
AutoCAD , MS Office Expert
Driving License is a must.
