Required Control Technicians

Objectives:
• To support all projects requiring Automation and Process control in a battery plant.

Main Tasks:

• Responsible for troubleshooting of industrial automation controls systems, Programmable Logic Controls (PLC), Programmable Automation Controls (PAC), Human Machine Interface (HMI), Motor Controls, Motion Controls (Servo Motor Controls), Variable Frequency Drive (VFD), Local Area Networks (LAN), Electro Pneumatics, Instrumentations, European and American Code Standard.
• Coordinates and monitors plant automation projects as assigned by the Automation and Controls Leader.
• Supports manufacturing operations as required.
• Provides technical assistance and training for assigned plant operations.


Skills and Abilities:
• Can be able to work independently with less supervision.
• Ability to read machine programs (Programmable Logic Controls, Programmable Automation Controls, Human Machine Interface.
• Ability to interpret Electrical, Pneumatic and Piping Instrument Diagrams.
• Ability to work independently in troubleshooting equipment.
• Ability to perform preventive maintenance of machine.

Education and professional knowledge:
• 3 years Diploma in field of Electrical and Electronics.
• Graduate of technological school is an advantage
• Knowledge of Allen Bradley controls is an advantage.

Minimum 4 Years Experience needed within same Industry.
