Electrician/ Electrical Technician (Medium & Low Voltage) Long Term

Education & Experience:

3 Years of diploma in Electrical Engg or ITI Electrical
Must have Minimum 3 years Industrial Experience. Please don't send cvs if u are not qualified

Main Tasks & Responsibities:
• Operate, monitor, troubleshoot and maintain Electrical and Utilities equipment such as Medium Voltage and Low Voltage distribution system and Utilities equipment as follows:
• AHU’s and Split AC
• Air Compressor 1,2,3, Dryer and Compressed Air System
• Chillers (6 units) and Chilled Water System
• Dust Collector, Exhaust & Booster Fans, Mist Eliminators and Air Sampler
• Fire Protection System, Pump House, Paging Loop and Telephone System
• MA Power Tools & Equipment
• MSWGR, USS, MV/LV, Lightings (Internal/External)
• RO Plant, WWTP and Laundry
• Sanitary, Sewer, Storm Drain, & Potable Water Piping System
• Steam Boiler
• Crib Operations/Coordinator
• Skilled Support For Production (Production Equipment Maintenance)

• Incumbents lay out, assemble, install, test and repair such electrical fixtures and apparatus as conduits, meters, transformers, switch gear, breakers, control boards, lights, fans, heaters, motor control centers, electronic controls, bell and buzzer systems, indoor and outdoor lighting systems, clock systems, and wall, floor and ceiling receptacles.
• Install interior and exterior wiring for equipment and appliances; hook-up back-up power generators to buildings and equipment when needed.
• Assist or personally survey work and make job cost estimates, assist or personally develop specifications, diagrams and blueprints.
• Estimate labor and materials costs, prepare applications and plans for permits, and make load reports, test circuits and equipment.
• Analyze electrical failures, isolate troubles and formulate remedies for defective components, prepare job progress reports, inspect electrical systems and equipment and make safety checks at all locations, perform related work as required.
• Ensure that shutdown and start-up procedure are being executed in the proper sequence.
• Ensure the safety of other craftsmen and secure the equipment from damages by conducting safe work standards, attitudes and habits.
• Attend to emergency repair and maintenance on Electrical equipment or carry out additional installations and modifications.
• Work with other technicians and craftsmen as required to perform specific tasks. Attend informal and/or formal cross-training sessions for manpower skills development.
• Report directly to his respective team leader and submit reports as required.
