job description:
- Investigate problems and perform repairs on various mechanical and electrical equipment in heating, cooling, and ventilation systems as per the Service Level Agreement
- Performs preventative maintenance on various mechanical and electrical equipment in heating and cooling systems.
- Implement SOP (Standard Operating Procedures) for Air Conditioning jobs during the time of work's execution
- Responds to emergencies during and after working hours or even off days and holidays to resolve immediate safety concerns.
- Maintain regular communication with the Foreman and immediate supervisor for the implementation and execution of works to enhance the daily task accomplishment.
- Implement JSA / JSP (Job Safety Analysis & Practice) during the implementation and execution of works.
- Maintains assigned vehicle, equipment, PPE (Personal Protective Equipment), and tools to ensure availability in a safe operating condition.
- Responsible for driving the company's vehicle to be used for attending to daily maintenance tasks as assigned
- Implement accordingly all internal processes and procedures of departments as well as the Company's policies
- Prepares written materials (e.g. repair status, activity logs, etc.) to document activities and/or convey information.
- Follow instructions as assigned by the immediate supervisor or line manager related to direct responsibilities of the Department
