*Overview*
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Product Manager to join our team and take ownership of our IT asset portfolio, including queue management systems, dash cameras, smart locks, and other related products. The ideal candidate will possess a strong technical background, excellent project management skills, and a keen understanding of market trends and customer needs. This role requires a strategic thinker who can drive product development from conception to launch, ensuring alignment with company goals and objectives.

*Responsibilities*

*Product Strategy and Roadmap Development*
Develop and maintain a comprehensive product strategy and roadmap for IT assets, including queue management systems, dash cameras, smart locks, etc.
Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify emerging trends, customer needs, and growth opportunities.
Define product requirements and specifications based on market insights and customer feedback.

*Product Development and Lifecycle Management*
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineering, design, marketing, and sales to drive product development initiatives.
Manage the entire product lifecycle from concept to launch, ensuring timely delivery and quality standards are met.
Prioritize features and enhancements based on business impact and customer value.

*Market Positioning and Go-to-Market Strategy*
Define product positioning and differentiation strategies to effectively compete in the market.
Develop go-to-market plans and execute product launches to drive adoption and revenue growth.
Work closely with the marketing team to develop compelling messaging, collateral, and sales tools.

*Stakeholder Management and Collaboration*
Act as the primary point of contact for internal stakeholders, including executives, sales teams, and customer support.
Collaborate with external partners, vendors, and customers to gather feedback and insights for product improvement.
Build strong relationships with key stakeholders to drive alignment and support for product initiatives.

*Performance Monitoring and Optimization*
Define key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to track product performance and success.
Analyze product usage data, customer feedback, and market trends to identify areas for improvement and optimization.
Implement strategies to drive product adoption, usage, and customer satisfaction.


*Qualifications*
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or related field. Advanced degree (MBA or equivalent) preferred.
Proven experience (5 years) as a Product Manager or similar role, with a focus on IT assets and hardware products.
Strong technical background with knowledge of queue management systems, dash cameras, smart locks, or related technologies.
Demonstrated success in developing and launching successful products in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent project management skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Strategic thinker with a data-driven approach to decision-making and problem-solving.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
Experience working in agile development methodologies is a plus.
