1. Requirements Gathering: Collaborate with users to understand their finance, accounting & operation processes, gather business requirements, and identify areas for improvement or automation.
2. Solution Design: Design and configure solutions within finance and accounting modules of ERP systems (Dynamics 365 Finance & Operation & Supply chain) to meet user’s business requirements.
3. Financial Process Optimization: Analyze existing financial processes, identify inefficiencies, and propose optimized processes leveraging the capabilities of the ERP system.
4. Configuration and Customization: Configure and customize the ERP system to align with user’s finance and operation processes. This includes setting up chart of accounts, defining financial hierarchies, configuring workflows, defining approval processes, and creating financial reports.
5. System Testing: Develop and execute test plans to ensure the accuracy and reliability of the configured finance and accounting modules. Identify and resolve any issues or bugs that arise during testing.
6. Hands on with Microsoft Power Platform App Support & Development.
7. Stay updated with the latest D365 features, updates, and best practices and provide recommendations for system enhancements and improvements.
8. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including functional consultants, project managers, and business stakeholders, to ensure successful project delivery.
9. Document technical specifications, solution designs, and configuration details for future reference.
