Position: workshop manager
Education: Industrial Engineer or Higher..
Experience: 5 years’ experience in the same filed (Heavy equipment)
Key Responsibilities: Develop, implement and maintain effective policies, procedures, reporting system and administrative system to the workshop activities.
Review and approve maintenance schedule, manpower plans and documentation of all maintenance...
Monitor workshop technician’s efficiency and ensure that the key performance indicators for each individual is recorded.
Strong technical background in heavy equipment such as trucks, cranes , wheel loader maintenance and repair.
Experience in the following brands , Mercedes , Volvo, Zoomlion , CAT……
Exceptional leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
