A Bahraini Business group is looking for a Filipina Female Secretary cum Accounts with experience who will play a crucial role;
- Maintaining accurate financial records
- Data entry
- Preparing financial statements
- Contributing to the overall financial health of the organization.
- Answer and transfer incoming calls in a friendly and professional manner. Determine the purpose of each call and ensure all calls are transferred appropriately.
- Ensure both external and internal messages are successfully delivered.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint etc.)
- Generate and modify data reports and other documents as required.
- Prepare meeting agendas and schedules.
- Record, compile, and distribute meeting minutes.
Qualifications:
- Female Filipina nationality with experience in Accounts and Secretarial jobs.
- Age must be 35 years old and above
- With basic knowledge of accounts
- Can join immediately ASAP!
- A visa will be provided.
- Office hours: 9 am to 5:30 pm (every Friday off)
- Salary will be discussed upon interview
