HVAC Maintenance Supervisor

Duties and Responsibilities (not limited to the followings):

1. Expert in troubleshooting (Mechanical/Electrical control) of all types of air conditioning units such as chillers, package, ducted split, etc.
2. Supervises, evaluates and reports on daily activities of all preventive & corrective maintenance tasks related to electromechanical systems (like HVAC, Communication System, Fire Alarm, Fire Fighting, Electrical Distribution, Power Fittings, Generators, Ventilation System, Access Systems, Plumbing System, BMS, FM 200…….etc.) and ensures their performance in conformity with the prescribed work methods, quality standards & safety guidelines.
3. Able to guide, monitor, and control maintenance staff such as A/c tech., Asst. A/c tech., Electricians, Plumbers……..etc. in day-to-day activities.
4. Identify training needs for each technician/assistant technician.
5. Carry out Training plan for the deployment of technicians in order to execute work orders & Helpdesk requests properly.
6. Coordinates closely with Client & Help Desk personnel in order to identify maintenance needs & actions as appropriate.
7. Coordinates closely with purchaser to arrange the required spare parts and ability to arrange the alternate spare parts through purchaser whenever required.
8. Able to develop and complete Planned Preventive Maintenance in accordance to agreed schedule and achieve completion rate as specified in Services contract with the Client.
9. Maintain the response time as agreed with the client.
10. Maintain Customer satisfaction for all the works carried out through open, regular and clear communication.
11. Able to prepare all types of reports (work progress, time sheets, technical reports & etc.).
12. Able to reads & interprets blueprints & diagrams/sketches to ensure accuracy of trouble-shooting & repair jobs.
13. Able to work under pressure.
14. Responsible for completing Maintenance activities through the current available software.
15. Performs any other related duties as required.
16. Evaluating and reporting any deficiencies of refrigerant consumption reports received from technicians.
17. Monitoring; evaluating and reporting any deficiencies of daily overtime.
18. Monitoring; evaluating and reporting any deficiencies of vehicle fuel consumption per technician.
19. Ensures that the services are delivered in high level of quality.
20. Achieving new potential clients.
21. Adding new initiatives for improvement of operation.

Requirements:
1. Diploma Holder in Refrigeration & Air conditioning or Mechanical.
2. 4-6 years’ experience in same position
3. Should have Computer knowledge. (Compulsory)
4. Should have Knowledge on any CAFM/CMMS software. (Compulsory)
5. Good command of English (Reading/ Writing) is mandatory.
6. Able to work under pressure.
7. Previous experience in GCC countries is a plus.
