Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role as a Call Center Representative at Carly كارلي. As a Call Center Representative, you will be responsible for handling incoming & outgoing lead calls, providing excellent customer service, resolving customer inquiries and issues, and maintaining customer satisfaction. This role is primarily located in Riyadh but some remote work is also acceptable.

Qualifications

Customer Service Representatives and Customer Support skills
Excellent interpersonal skills
Ability to ensure customer satisfaction
Computer literacy and ability to navigate multiple systems


Relevant skills and qualifications that would be beneficial include previous experience in a call center or customer service role, strong problem-solving abilities, and fluency in multiple languages like English, Hindi, Urdu & Arabic
