Accounts & Sales Executive(Indian)

Are you an experienced Accountant with a keen eye for detail and a knack for meeting deadlines? Najd Al Atheer Medical Trading Company is looking for a skilled individual to join our team.

Requirements:
1. Proficient in reading and understanding Arabic. Speaking is not necessary.
2. Minimum 2-4 years of accounting experience in Saudi Arabia.
3. Indian nationality only.
4. Familiarity with Odoo/Xero software is a plus.
5. Should be an expert in Monthly, quarterly, and annual closings(Incl. Zakah & VAT)
6. Ability to handle deadlines and work well under pressure.
7. Expertise in Microsoft Excel.
8. Strong communication skills with knowledge of Sales Management(Generate PIs and collect Invoices from sales team after completion of each sale).
9. Available for office hours: 8 AM to 4 PM, six days a week (Saturday to Sunday).
10. Capable of preparing statements of accounts, proforma invoices, sales reports, profit margin, and loss calculations.
11. Effective auditing skills.

Professional Requirements:
1. Educational Qualification:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance.
- Professional certifications or equivalents are highly desirable.

2. Technical Skills:
- Proficient in using accounting software (Odoo/Xero) and MS Excel.
- Solid understanding of financial principles, regulations, and compliance.

3. Audit and Compliance:
- Demonstrated expertise in auditing processes and ensuring compliance with accounting standards.
- Ability to conduct internal audits for financial accuracy.

4. Analytical Skills:
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to interpret complex financial data.
- Capability to provide insights and recommendations for financial improvements.

5. Communication and Reporting:
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to prepare clear and comprehensive financial reports for management.

6. Team Collaboration:
- Proven ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams for financial data collection and analysis.

7. Ethical Conduct:
- Upholds ethical standards and maintains confidentiality in handling sensitive financial information.

8. Adaptability:
- Flexibility to adapt to changing accounting standards and business requirements.

Package Offered:
- Salary: Negotiable (inclusive of accommodation, food, and travel).
- Vacation: 30 days per year(With Air ticket).
- Transfer: Immediately.
