We are looking for a Project Manager for our Fitout and Joinery factory,
Jobs Responsibilities:
1. Plan the project scope and resources required in alignment with the customer requirements.
2. Understand and communicate customer requirements to appropriate team members and manage all requirements accordingly to realize each for the customer and other stakeholder.
3. Establish clear ownership for project tasks, ensure that team members have the tools needed, and provide timely feedback.
4. Coordinate and facilitate delivery of project objectives.
5. Track progress and review project tasks to make certain deadlines are met appropriately.
6. Assess project issues and identify solutions to meet productivity, quality and customer goals.
7. Communicate project status, issues & risks to management.
8. Follow policies, procedures and methodologies in project management.
9. Conduct regular status meetings with all stakeholders (customer, management, project teams and others), keeping the stakeholder’s needs and requirements continuously in view.
10. Collaborate with production/operation/engineering teams to maintain thorough knowledge of product capabilities.
11. Ensure that all project activities completed on time and within budget.
