Key Responsibilities:

Plan, assign, inspect and supervise maintenance, repair and construction activities
Review all work orders before and after completion
Provide technical assistance to mechanics, Quantity Estimation, Rate Analysis, Rate Negotiation Project monitoring etc.
Preparation of Detail & Design drawing for Air Distribution Duct-Layout, Chilled water Piping, Condenser Water Piping Schematic diagram, A/C Plant Room Layout, Ventilation& air-cooling system
Ensures budgeting guidelines are met; prioritizes expenditures to stay within budget
Inspects work in process to insure its completion within allotted time limits and for acceptable quality standards
Develop, prepare, and recommend plans, specifications for HVAC system installation, repair alteration, and construction activities
Material takeoff as per approved drawing and as per approved material submittal 
Preparation of material supply
Follow up with purchase department and supplier for material
Manpower management and Material management as per site requirements
Taking approval of materials and drawings from client
Connections of Fire line and Sprinkler line with Fire pump Room
Connections of Sprinkler and Hydrant line with overhead tanks

Installation of CI pipes, GI pipes, PVC pipes as per drawings.
Site billing as per challan & approved drawing
Daily Process Report & Planning as per clearance available in drawing
Daily meeting with Sub Contractors for technical details vise: clearance, technical problem in quality & Safety Problem
Commercial Matters follow up for payments etc.
Full involvement in project from development to the hand over the project to the client
Design testing procedures and control equipment to accurately assess products and identify areas that require modification and further testing.
Report directly with Senior HVAC Manager, and Project In-charge to understand project requirements, goals, design specifications, and operational environments in order to evaluate cost, feasibility, and implementation of new HVAC equipment.
Serve as project leader to coordinate efforts of managers, engineers, drafters, and manufacturing personnel during project phases.

 Preparing relevant documents to conduct inspection for completed installation activities and raise RFI to QC-Inspector (To ensure that any activity offered for inspection has an attachment of IFC drawing, method statement (if required), Inspection & Test Plan (ITP) followed by check list)
 Carry out all planned site inspections as per the intervention points marked in the relevant drawing and standard
 Preparing the relevant documents to Conduct Testing inspection such as Duct light testing for Ducts and Hydro test for Above ground and underground chilled water piping’s, systems.
 Active involvement in weekly meetings with the Project management & QC Supervisor and manager to resolve the site related issues.
 Assist the Commissioning Team in Pre-commissioning & Commissioning stages of all MEP Equipment’s.
 Assist the Commissioning Team on Testing, Adjusting & Balancing (TAB) stages of the Air and Hydraulic Piping’s
