We're looking for a Fleet Coordinator who is reliable and has a good work ethic. He must be able to work independently and be able to troubleshoot problems.
Main job responsibilities:
Managing Fleet Operations:
Overseeing the day-to-day operations of the fleet, including scheduling, maintenance, and ensuring compliance with regulations.
Vehicle Maintenance:
Coordinating regular maintenance schedules for all fleet vehicles to ensure they are in optimal condition and meet safety standards.
Cost Control:
Developing and managing fleet operations, including fuel, and maintenance to identify opportunities for cost savings.
Safety and Compliance:
Ensuring that all fleet operations comply with relevant regulations and safety standards, including vehicle inspections, driver training, and accident investigations.
Fleet Optimization:
Analyzing fleet utilization data to identify opportunities for optimization, such as route planning improvements or vehicle replacements.
Communications and Reporting:
Maintaining effective communication with internal stakeholders, and preparing regular reports on fleet performance and metrics.
Emergency Response:
Ability to respond to emergencies or disruptions in fleet operations, such as vehicle breakdowns
Required Qualifications:
Diploma/Bachelor degree in the related field.
2 Years experience in the same field.
Salary
Basic: 2200sr
