Description Responsibilities / Performance Measures
HS & E Policy & Procedures Implement HS & E Policy and related procedures / work instructions and provide suggestions and/or revisions
Health, Safety & Environment - Training Co-ordinate with HR department to ensure that the effective trainings are being conducted for the crane operators and forklift operators
Conduct safety induction training & tool box training
Health, Safety & Environment - Equipments
Maintain a location plan for all fire fighting equipments
Ensure equipments are available as per the plant requirements and checked by specialized sub contractors periodically
Refill the First Aid Boxes as required
Monitor the calibration of the equipments used for regular inspections as per the international standards
Check that the calibration certificates are available
HSE
Comply with relevant safety, quality and environmental control procedures and instructions
Use personal protective equipment and safety gear when performing assigned tasks
Keep operational areas clean and well organized to prevent incidents and accidents
Maintain assigned tools, equipment and machinery in good working order
Report unsafe acts, incidents or safety violations
Develop a safety culture by ensuring all staff comply with HSE policies and procedures
Participate in QHSE audits, incident reporting and review of QHSE performances as required

7. QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE, & SKILLS
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree in Industrial Engineering
Preferred Experience:
1-3 years of Health, Safety & Environmental management
Certified ISO 14001 / 18001 internal auditor
Job-Specific Skills:
Knowledge of the Company Raw materials and processes
Up to date knowledge of ISO Procedures for safe environmental working
Knowledge of local HS & E Laws and Regulations
